As a wife, a part-time worker, and a mother of two little ones, my husband and I created Balibumba because we realized that our two little angles were growing faster than we could keep up. We constantly bought new clothes and shoes, and as the economy changed, it became costly, so we sought an alternative to shopping new. We started shopping at local thrift stores, which was a blessing; however, most local shops only provided a small selection of gently used kids' apparel.
